Acid reflux
I am having acid reflux since 15 days. I took pantop d for 5 days and was cured but again after 5 days i am having this problem and now i am taking pantop dsr od 40 mg with digene gel still the reflux is not getting controlled. I have exam coming up and i drink 4 cups coffee everyday. If i stop consuming coffee i get sever headache. Kindly prescribe me something.

You need to cut down on coffee. It relaxes the lower esophageal sphincter and promotes reflux. Also, take Cap Pantocid IT once daily before breakfast for 4 weeks. See a gastroenterologist if symptoms persist.
