Acid reflux GERD suffering from last 4 y

Hi.. I am facing Acid reflux issue from last couple of years I treated with various drug but it still persistent.. It's very strange because my stomach gives alcoholic smell which goes 5-10 feets away.. The first doctor give me omeprazole which helps for specific amount of time... After year it's again persist now I goes to another doctor bcoz I changed my location now the 2nd doctor give me rabeprazole which I think not effective as omeprazole... Again year or so it's still comes on March 10 2018 I presented symptoms like bitter taste, esophagus inflammation and redness food taste after lunch... So I went to ENT specialist for clarification of throat redness and inflammation he diagnosed me with GERD + LPR  and he gives. Me pantaprazol tablets and gaviscon oral liquid . I currently on veg diet, eat less not full, elevated head when sleeping, I stopped all spicy, oily, sweet, dairy products.. So please help me. I have no any addiction. so How to eliminated the alcoholic smell plz
