Acid reflux from last 5 months
I am having severe acid reflux from last 5 months. Tightness in left chest till back. Stabbing like in chest and soreness in throat. Tried everything antacids as well as homeopathy as well as simplest diet possible. Still no result. WHAT AND WHY IS THIS? please don't say for endoscopy or consult in private. Please tell why is this?

Get h pylori testing. Stool antigen test. Rest have tab pantocid L bd and syrup mucaine gel tds for 2 weeks.
