Acid reflux, belching, cough
I have been taking medicines since 20 days for my acid reflux symptoms, major symptoms are belching, bloating and for the past one month dry cough, I have been taking Reckeweg R1 and R5 drops along with magphos 6x, how long will the medicines take time to work and when can I have good food without any disturbances, waiting for so long time having trust on homeopathic medicines, My symptoms are there bt mildly better but not comfortable fully and relaxing, so pls guide me with this doctors

1.Sleep few inches higher than your feet in inclined position with support of pillows. If you are sleeping on sides then lie on left side. Avoid right sided position which leads to more regurgitation if you have weak sphincters.
2. Don't eat excess food at a time. Eat little frequently. Because Fullness may lead to reflux.
3. Avoid too spicy, junk foods, carbonated drinks beverages like tea , coffee , also avoid intake of alcohol/smoking if any. Try to eat steamed food, homemade food which helps for easy digestion.
Take food at proper time. Avoid skipping meals
4. If your are overweight try to reduce it as this have impact on lower oesophageal sphincter.
5. Sleep atleast half an hour after food. Avoid lying as soon as having food.
