Achilles Tendonitis
I have a regular pain on above my ancle, i have checked by doctor in January he prescribed me a medicine for 1 month but i have not got any relief from pain.

This is mostly due an extra bone spur at the back of your heel which causes irrigation to to the structure around it called as Achilles tendon and also the surrounding tissue You need an expert clinician opinion and some investigations Kindly consult me through practo and will guide you in detail regarding the management

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part.- back and lower limbs and foot and ankles. --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my YouTube channel Dr. N. C. Take Tab Signoflam twice a day after food for 3 days. Use arched sandals/shoes with soft sole and heel raise. Start calf stretching exercises once pain reduces a little. Apply warm water bags. Do not walk barefoot. Apply pain relief spray.

If it's is Achilles tendonitis, You will have to wear a heel in the shoes to relax the calf muscles. Also focus on the calf stretching exercises which will help relax the muscle too. These things are more important than the pain medication that you've been taking. If the pain is not subsiding beyond 3 weeks, an Injection in the area of pain can be tried
