I am experiencing shoulder pain since a couple of days after working out. My gym trainer told me it is an AC joint pain and asked me to visit a physiotherapist and get AC join taping done as he had faced the same problem couple of months ago.
Kindly advice what should I do and how much does it cost approximately?

Hi there
Your pain can be because of muscle pull , strain , sprain, rotator cuff injury, impingement. It's hard to say anything by words. You can continue physiotherapy treatment for quick recovery . At home you can use ice pack 15-20 min, thrice a day. Give rest to your shoulder for few weeks. Avoid heavy lifting or any certain activity which puts pressure on your shoulder joint.
Next Steps
continue physiotherapy treatment
Health Tips
ice pack, rest, consult an orthopedic doctor if needed and he will suggest a MRI for better diagnosis
