If you are both young, healthy and fertile you have a 90% chance of conceiving in the first two years after you start trying. You chance of conceiving in any given cycle is about 30-40% being optimistic. This is because of the number of factors your body has to orchestrate for it to be just perfect to conceive. It obviously does a much better job some times than others. You will need to be patient and keep a sense of positive expectation with a feeling of relaxation to allow your body to work. If you are in a hurry please consult your gynaecologist who can help. But do remember there is no magic. You will still need to be patient each month you try to conceive.
