Abscess on hip after injection.
I am again having abscess on my hip after 1st one was drained surgically.I have completed course for typhoid(zifi o 2 tabs bd for 10 days and zifi 2 tha bd for 5 days) and my bilirubin levels are slightly elevated. Now doctor has prescribed sumag dressing and augmentin 1g 1 tab bd, Chymoral forte 1 tab thrice It's safe to take these high power antibiotics with elevated bilirubin?

Yes it's safe to take prescribed antibiotics in elevated  bilirubin  status  you need to get an ultrasound  gluteal region to assess the size  depth and  amount of pus collection
