Abscess on buttock
I have an abscess on my buttock/lower back for the last 2 days. I have been cleaning it Regularly with Betadine and Dettol. I'm also applying Mupirocin (T-Bact) ointment on it. Puss has started draining from most of it since yesterday but I can still feel some puss inside. The skin around it has mostly turned black and started peeling off with new skin coming under it. Should I take oral amoxycilin/any other antibiotic? I can sense similar infection starting to develop close to the area.
