Don't worry. Everything is fine as per the age, including the hemoglobin and weight of the child. Iron and multivitamin can be stopped after 1 year of age.

Growth should be assessed over time, child weight and height need to be measured periodically for nutritional status, kindly consult directly with previous records for proper opinion.

Weight gain is ok. Child should triple his birth weight by 1 yr of age. Try to include ghee , paneer and cheese in diet.
