To be true there is no particular medicine to loose weight without side effects. Try few things n if they don't work for u then can start medicines. Firstly, eat ur breakfast like a king, lunch as a common man n dinner like a beggar. Secondly there should be a gap of 2 hours between ur dinner n going to bed. Lastly start doing 30 mins of brisk walking twice daily (hope u know what is brisk walking)
