About virgin coconut oil
Me and my wife early morning in empty stomach will drink warm water as soon as we get up ,to that can we add virgin coconut oil and drink (1r2 spoons) is daily drinking this oil on empty stomach is good or bad to stomach and body can we drink please advise.

Yes u can drink Virgin coconut oil in warm water.It helps digestion,relieves inflammation of the mucus layers,eases constipation,forms a healthy protective layer in gastrointestinal tract.

One cup warm water is ok, do not drink excessive water unnecessarily. It may invite many health problems like digestive problems, acidity, high blood pressure etc. You can consume oil, cow Ghee is even better, just don't eat anything till the oil digests.
