About transparent retainers
From last six months i am wearing transparent retainers for 18-19 hours. My dentist told me to wear it as long as (a day) i can. My question is how many hours(minimum) we should wear retainers a day?

You ha e to usually wear it entire day, sometimes only at night. Every case is different, you should check with your doctor. Also, you may opt for a fixed retainer
