My thyroid level is 11 . Im follwing propr diet.walking for 45 mins morning.but still not able to reduce my weight at al.its oly increasng day by day .pls help

Only exercise will not help but you will also have to take medicine for thyroid. English PLS add levels also cause increase in the weight and which is difficult to reduce but do not worry as it is not at all impossible and continue with your exercise. Daily exercise will definitely help you reduce your weight along with that drink lots of water and continue your thyroid medication.
