Can decolic drop can be given to a one and  half month baby if he/she vomits after Every meal.?? If not then what should be done to provide relief

There is difference between vomit and spit up. Spit up after every meal is normal. Vomit after every meal is not normal and needs guidance from pediatrician.  So first you need to be sure it's vomit and not spit up. Secondly,  depending on the condition and presence of other symptoms like tummy bloating etc colicaid drops are advised.
