Hi, my baby turned to 6months so how to keep Uggu for my baby. N quantity n how many times should I keep dis for my baby. Can I start Uggu n banana at a time r not? Please suggest some ideas for my baby

What's uggu? At this age,you have to give 2 solid meals a day including curds and bananas in the diet in addition to whatever you prepare at home. Give 4 milk feeds in 24 hours, including one top formula feed using a spoon and katori and rest breastfeeds. Give 5-6 spoons of water after both solid meals.
