About surgery
In 2003 I underwent a penis surgery .
In that surgery my parents tell me that it was bent so to make it straight they performed the surgery
My question is can i undergo another surgery to make it look normal because there are some scars on it

If u want a cosmetic correction consult a plastic surgeon. A urologist's role comes in if u have significant bending or chordee impairing your sexual function or urinary stream.

Yes u can depends upon deformity....
First need examination by urologist / plastic surgeon...
