I had some Relationship issue , i overcome for that , feel happy and normal though it hurts . but Thinking is coming for that so i suddenly wake up @ 6 o clock even in deep sleep for past 2 week . how to overcome for this for random & automatic thinking

Hi... Please consult a Psychologist and take Interpersonal Relationship Counselling. This waking up from sleep issue will go away within 2-3 weeks of Therapy with weekly sessions.

Hi It's may be the effect of your Relationship issues.   It will take some time to heal. Motivate yourself and try to forget your past relationship issues. I know it's hard to forget suddenly. You just need to try improve yourself in better ways. Normally people need to sleep 7 or 8 hours per day. You can try some Relaxation techniques, try Mindfulness meditation. It will help to bring you in the present.
