About PRK or Trans PRK
Prk leaves no surgery marks in chornea and it makes no flap that can be seen under slit lamp. Then how it can be detected or make a guess through slit lamp.?

Hello Cornea becomes flat in center after PRK which can be picked on slit lamp . having said that,it is Difficult to judge on slit lamp examination

Unde higher magnification almost everything can be judged. But in routine examination it's easily likely to be skipped .
