About pregnancy
My last month period started on 5th sep. its started with spotting for 3days. on 8th only flow happened. we had intercourse on 17th and 20th sep. now i feel some discomfort on my body. with headache for past 1 week. feeling feverish and tired. shall I expect for pregnancy.

Was the intercourse unprotected? And are the Cycles regular and of around 28-30 days duration? If yes then you may have concieved! Do a Urine pregnancy test!
