About PCOS TREATMENT
Hello doctor, I need some suggestions. I am 26 years old and have been married for 2.5 years . I am diagosid with pcos in February and it is initial stage as my gyno told me but my period is normal but sometime bleeding is quite abnormal.I have some acne and some hair growth not too much. I am following a healthy lifestyle ( yoga, walk, no refined flour, sugar, junk food,) My height is 5.3' and weight 56.5 . My gyno suggested that I should follow the healthy lifestyle and exercise. And he suggests me to take a tablet MPHIL and he said it is safe and does not effect in my baby planning when I will plan. I have to stop taking it then. But I am confused because it will be my 1 st pregnancy whenever I will plan not now. So the word CONTRAPESTIVE somhow make me think twice. Should I take the tablet? Or I should follow healthy lifestyle , and it will be in control? Any suggestion?
