As right now I don't have pediatrics paracetamol syrup...
And my 3 year old kid have fever and cold . So I give her 1/4th of despersible paracetamol once...
Is there nay difference between pediatrics paracetamol and adult paracetamol???
Yesterday I purchase pediatrics paracetamol..

paracetamol comes in syrup in two strengths, one 125mg /5ml and other in250mg /5ml of syrups. Dose of paracetamol is 15ml per Kg per dose you can calculate. it. Please don't over dose. Less the dose it is better so long it serves the purpose
