Hello Good morning In twins pregnancy risk of preterm birth is more hence your gynaecologist advice these medications Duvadilan is for uterus relaxation. Other medications to support pregnancy Betenesol is steroid..for babies lung maturity. For detailed consultation consult with me online

Betenosol injection is for lung maturation of baby.You take it . Supposed due to any reason if you will land in premature labour it will be very helpful for baby.Two doses are given at the interval of 24 hours.
