There is no chance of cancer due to masturbation. Just it should be in limit.. otherwise mild symptoms like low energy level etc occur which can affect work as well as daily activities. There is no exact number of times one should safely do.. but doing it once daily and taking proper diet and sleep is good exercise to do!
