Merina can cause irregular bleeding... for few months you have to be an additional medications after that the bleeding or spotting will reduce..
removal is definitely not indicated so soon

Hi, Mirena was put as contraceptive method or to control irregular menstruation.
This device can cause some irregular spotting. Usually it settles on its own. Don't worry. Check with your Gynecologist again.
