About lasik eye surgery
I am suffering from myopia from childhood. I guess i was 6 or 7 years old. Since den my eyesight is gradually decresing. Currently m having 4.smthing in one eye and aprox 6 in 2nd one. N i am wearing glasses since childhood only wen d eye defect ws descovered. I wantd to knw whethr m eligible for lasik surgry or not?

Yes, you can go for Lasik. But before that, you must first go through a preoperative eye exam to help determine eligibility for LASIK Eye Surgery including: 1) Your eyes must be Healthy (No infection) 2) Your cornea must have sufficient thickness 3) Your pupils must not be overly large 4) Your prescription should be within certain limit. 5) You must be above a certain age 6) Your number must be stabilise for atleast 1yr 7) You must have good health ( no uncontrolled diabetes, or BP) 8) You must not be pregnant or nursing.
