About increase in eye power
My left eye power increased by 0.75 after 6 month but my vision is 6/6 at the age of 28 what is the reason? Why my left eye power is not stable at the age of 28

The power of the eye is very dynamic. It may increase with age. I'd first request you to see if your number has actually increased. For that please get a dilated refraction. Follow 20-20-20 rule while using screens to prevent further increase in power.

There is no hard and fast rule that the number will not increase after 28 yrs. Also a thorough check up of retina, eye pressure, blood sugar should be done to rule out certain conditions which may change the number.
