  4. About hb levels. This a serious issue?

About hb levels
Iam 23 weeks pregnant. Suffering from small fever. Esr shows 105 hb is 8.9. Hb is decreasing day by day. Taking iron tablets twice a day. But hb is low. Ferritin is 12. Started Taking iron injection today. Adviced to done CBC after 2 weeks. Physician gave me 5 days antibiotic too. Is this a serious issue? Please reply

Nothing serious Get investigations done to find out the reason for the low Hb despite taking Iron supplements two times a day
