This is close to the condition 'Alopecia Totalis'. There is treatment for this in Ayurveda. Line of treatment will be internal detoxification(Panchakarma treatment) followed by 'Prachanam'(Blood letting from the scalp using a lancet or needle) then Lepam(Application of paste) of suitable medicine. Later application of 'Keshya'(which promote hair growth) oil over the scalp. It is a lengthy process and might be needed to repeat multiple times. Please consult a qualifies Ayurveda doctor.
