body is again feeling hot i checkd 101.9 she passing urine more and she little have cold feeding normal little bit crying this is all because off teething or. I m giving her coldsoft and fevedot 120

Probably she is running a viral illness. Continue measuring temperature frequently and give PCM whenever the temp is above 100. For mild fever you can do tepid sponging with tap water, over whole body. She should be fine in 2-3 days.
If the fever is high grade or the baby is dull/lethargic, or documented fever continues more than 5 days, consider visiting a pediatrician.
