Hi.., if diabetes is under control then 4teeth extraction of one side is safe under good asepsis. If she is a BP patient then we have to check whether Shi is on anticoagulant medicine or not ,if she is on anticoagulant then we have to stop the anticoagulant only before extraction for 2days, so u have to carried out this process under a good dentist., Under physician opinion also.

Extraction carried out under full proof asepsis conditions with all the arrangements kept for any untoward complication are very safe. Skilled oral and dental surgeon may extract all the teeth in one arch under such condition. Age is no problem but diabetes has to be under control and patient should be given antibiotics before and after surgery. If teeth are in one line, sutures should be given. Under no circumstances the extraction should be done when blood sugar is not controlled

It depends on condition of patient.Check the sugar level and bp of the patient first. Extraction is possible when teeth are of same side or quadrant. But considering the age of patient i will not suggest to go for all four extractions in one sitting.
