About egg quality
It's my 3rd month of Letrozol 2.5 mg tablet course. But I'm not able to conceive.
Twice I experienced implementation bleeding but pregnancy didn't happen.
My doctor said the egg quality might not be good. Hence it's happening.
Also to solve our doubt, we have also done semen analysis of my husband. Fortunately everything is good with him.
Now only the main concern is my egg quality.
How can I improve my egg quality and increase chances of my pregnancy?? Kindly help me. I'm in immense worry.

U need a test called amh
That determines ovarian function
There is no medicine to improve amh levels
Also u need a test called hsg to see if tubes are open or closed
