About dizziness
Hiiii... I'm 30 years old...when I woke up after taking few seconds of rest then I felt dizzy...when I take rest for 2-3 hours then after I woke then everything is ok...I felt no dizziness...why it happens... please give some advice what can I do

If it's your first and only episode, you need not worry. There can be many causes Few being, low BP, BPPV, low Hb, low blood sugar to name a few..( list is exhaustive). If the same thing happens again, better consult a doctor then.
