Hi Doc! I've a 9Month old Babu Post Pregnancy this is the first time I had sexual intercourse with my husband on Sunday(Oct 13th) without any protection. I was but worried so consulated a Gynaecologist today to prescribe me a birth control pills. she prescribed me Deviry 10mg Tab for a week. Can someone help me, Will one time intercourse will lead to Pregnancy? What this Deviry Tab is for? I'm breast feeding my Baby is it advisable to take? Can someone Answer me ASAP. Additional information: I'm not sure of my last Period date as I haven't got regularised Post Pregnancy. At last I got my Period a month back I guess.

Deviry is given so that u can have ur menses.. its not a good emergency contraception as such.. most likely u ll b started on medicine after ur menses.. and yes one time intercourse can also lead to pregnancy if done during ovulation phase..
