Hi, I understand that you want to focus on studying for your exam and overcome exam anxiety. You can consult with a psychologist who will help identify what is causing exam anxiety. I understand that you are an ambitious person and you want to do well in your exam. To help with exam anxiety you can consult a psychologist. You can share about your feelings and what you are going through with a psychologist.
I understand that your mind is fully focused on doing well in the exam. To feel calm you can think of taking breaks in between even if it is for a short period of time. During breaks you can do an activity you enjoy such as reading, music, and so on. Taking breaks can help you feel calm and can help reduce exam anxiety.
For anxiety - meditation and sleep really help. Apart from that managing changes in the lifestyle like maintaining a work life balance, regular exercise, setting boundries with people are helpful. If it persists despite modifications please see a mental health professional for medication and/or therapy.
