Generally the recommendations say 14 day isolation is a mandatory. However to be on a safer side, another week is put forth as a suggestion.

Isolation period of 14 days is adviced You can get tested after 14 days / if you have no symptoms for 4 continuous days no need to get tested you can end your isolation
