For a nutritious vegetarian breakfast, consider quick options that provide sustained energy, like a bowl of oatmeal with nuts and seeds, whole-grain toast with avocado, or a smoothie with Greek yogurt, spinach, and fruits. These choices are rich in fiber, protein, and essential nutrients to fuel your day. Having tea after breakfast is fine but opt for a gap of 15-20 minutes to aid digestion. For personalized guidance, Dietitian Souvik Chakraborty can create a tailored meal plan suited to your busy mornings, ensuring you stay energized and well-nourished. Tea otherwise also is not good for health. Morning time you should prefer some healthy drink like vegetable juice/ buttermilk etc. Untill unless you don't have any issues like habitual of tea/ coffee etc.
