Hello sir,
I am currently 30 years old.
Currently, done my full body check up.
Results is:
1) blood glucose fasting is: 180 mg/dl
2) Glycated hemoglobin is: 7
3) Average Glucose plasma is: 174
I want to some medical suggest for glucose level.
What can I change in my lifestyle.
