My mother is 49 yrs old and has been diagnosed with Ankylosing spoundlytis by MRI reports a year ago, now she is taking biologics prescribed by doctor she took 6 doses of secukinumab 150 , her doctor advised to do CBC SGPT AND S CREATININE at every consultation, this time we do test there is low absolute monocytes count show in report, is this is any problem. Please check

But still if she has been started on secukinumab..her clinical response also needs to be examined Moreover we do these tests to look for any unsual effects of the drug..which is not very significant here Please consult a rheumatologist for further clarifications
