I was covid positive last year in july and i had taken many medicines, after when i recovered a doctor gave me supradyn and after that i used to have dark coloured urine whenever i pass my first urine in the morning and it used to go back to normal and it continued for nearly 1 month or something, and it cleared off without any treatment , and till now i never had dark urine but I'm having lower back pain and leg pain with abdominal cramps, does it mean that previous complain of dark urine be a symptom of bladder cancer?
Or dark urine must have been continued if i had bladder cancer?
PS: i had abdomen and pelvis ct scan, which showed nothing
