About anxiety
As I am on escitalopram 10 mg about 6months . My symptoms have gone. Those sleep less night have improved. Better now. But concerned about my hormones. As this medicine increase my serotonin and decrease my cortisol. So feared that after stopping medicine my cortisol levels will increase again and i feel anxious again. I don't want to go in that phase again. Because those increased cortisol affected my mood as well my body as I got severed acne before anxiety treatment. Worried about my cortisol levels
