About 8th week 4days scanning report
I have pcod.now I am pregnant 8weeks 4days.Usg done and HCG done .both are only corresponding to 5weeks 5days.suspicious yolk sac sac( with flickering of cardiac activity)seen in the rt lateral aspect?very early twin pregnancy.However remote possibility of gestational sac with peri sac collection can't be ruled out .(USG)
HCG 9212mIU/ml.
Now dr prescribed me progesterone sustained release tab 200 mg and tab folmed.I had slight spotting yesterday while I had a travel.Regarding pregnancy symptoms I nausea ,and very slight abdominal pain both occasionally only I have breast tenderness also.weakness of body sometimes.
Is there anything to worry .pls give me an answer regarding my reports.

U will hv to repeat ultrasound after 2 weeks to find out if all is well
Rest n progesterone support is all that can be offered
Avoid travelling fr first 12 weeks
