I had unprotected sex 2days before n . i have consumed unwanted 72 on the 3rd day . i came to know that ecp is just 58% effective . so can i use abortion tablet (mifepristone and misoprostol) after a week . will there be any side effects ? will usage of ecp permently effect my fertility ?

Well u need to first confirm that you are pregnant by doing a Urine pregnancy test,before u take any abortion pills .
