I got a medical abortion 6 week back and got 2 negative test ..yesterday i started bleeding normal not heavy with clots i think i got my first periods but today there is no bleeding just clots ..is this all happen on the first period after abortion ?? i read somewhere that you will have heavy period after medical abortion but thats not in my case
