Mtp kit is used to Induce abortion. The uterus has to contract and release all the blood products out for a complete abortion. Hence the pain and bleeding are a part and parcel of MTP. She needs to take iron supplements for increasing her blood hemoglobin and improve diet. Tablet dolo650 mg for the pain. (However mild degree of pain has to be tolerated for a successful abortion)
