Hi,
I take one meftal spas tablet on the first day of my periods as I get painful periods. Within sometime after taking this tablet pain comes down. From sometime I am observing that bleeding is reduced considerably. I get bleeding just for two days hardly and then I observe some brown or black bleeding in less amounts. Is this because of this tablet or something else.
