Abnormal periods
I'm missed my periods for more than 2 months. I did the pregnancy test twice it was negative both the time.
Earlier also i had this problem and a gyno prescribed me one tablet. After 3-4 days of completion of dose my periods started and it was normal for 2-3 months then I shifted to different city and again I'm having the same problem. This time Dr. told me to wait for 15 more days and do exercise.
It's been 20 days approx since then and still I've not got my periods.

You need to do scan to rule out PCOD and do hormonal blood test for the same.

We need to see if you are having pcod.
Do regular exercise and have balanced diet .
