Abnormal period
In the report URINARY BLADDER: UB is distended and norma. Its lumen is anechoic. Its wall thickness is normal.  UTERUS:  is anteverted, bulky in size. It measures: 116 x 67 x 51 mm in size. A  hypoechoic mass lesion measuring 40.7 x 36 mm in size is seen in the anterior ,vall fundus region of uterus suggestive of  fibroid. No cystic lesion is seen. Endometrial lining measures 7.8 mm in thickness.  Cervical echocomplex is normal. Cervical lips are well outlined. No focal lesion of abnormal echotexture is seen. Vagina is normal.  OVARIES: Right ovary is seen in the Rt. adnexal region and is normal in size and echotexture. Stroma is central and normal. Few small follicles are seen.  Left ovary is seen in the Lt. adnexal region and is normal in size and echotexture. Stroma is central and normal. Few small follicles are seen.  No adnexal mass is noted on either side. No eo PCOD is seen. No free fluid is seen in the POD.  IMPRESSION: UTERINE FIBROID
