Well Distended urinary bladder
I have taken pelvic usg on my gyn's reference for periods issue. Report states well Distended urinary bladder with no calculi or intramular lesion and have a simple right ovarian cyst.. I have travelled last month and have been suffering from bloated stomach gastric issue and constipation.. any suggestions please as I am anxious.. yet to consult my gyn

What is the size of your ovarian cyst? Cyst less than 5 cm usually harmless . They resolves itself. Repeat transvaginal scan after 2 mths to see the size of cyst. If increased then surgical removal needed. For bloated abdomen antacids like tab pantop 40 mg twice a day can be taken.
