I took an ecg one month back and it showed non specific t wave abnormality. I took 2 more yesterday due to chest pain, and both showed sinus rhythm with ST deviation and moderate t wave Abnormality, consider anterior ischemia (-0.1+mv t wave in V3 V4). What is the next step? What does it mean?

If doubt then Angiography.
Please do not go with the interpretation written over the ECG paper. Better to consult an expert.
